III. Personal data

All information related to your order is used only by Prêt à Pousser. This information is neither shared with third parties nor resold. In accordance with the provisions of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms, the pretapousser.fr site is the subject of a declaration with the National Commission Data processing and Freedoms, under N° 1690445.

 

At Prêt à Pousser, we didn't wait for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect your data. For us, the confidentiality of your data forms the basis of any relationship of trust between a company and its users.

Your e-mail address allows Prêt à Pousser to confirm your orders, send you your invoice, as well as confirm any answers given over the phone by our Customer Service Department.

VII. Terms and conditions

Because we know how important your personal data is to you, we do everything we can to respond as quickly as possible, in a timely manner. Legally, we have up to one calendar month from the date we receive the request to respond (provided you have given us all the information we need to confirm your identity, that you have clearly indicated the personal data you are requesting and that we have not yet responded to an identical or similar request recently). This one-month limit may be extended for more complex requests.
