The terms and conditions remain valid for as long as they are live on the website www.pretapousser.co.uk. The customer acknowledges his acceptance of these terms and conditions by ticking the box "I accept the terms and conditions" before placing an order. The present terms and conditions take precedence over any other document unless otherwise expressed in writing from Prêt à Pousser.

Photographs, videos, schemas, or drawings of Prêt à Pousser items are not binding and may differ slightly from the item received. Each item's characteristics are indicated in the item description. Prêt à Pousser reserves the right to modify the technical composition of items or to remove items from the catalogue without warning.
Our items are available as long as they're shown to be in stock on the website.
AvailabilityOur items and prices are available for as long as they appear on Pretapousser.do.uk unless otherwise indicated.
Every now and then, an item might go out of stock. If this happens, we'll let you know straight away.
PreorderCustomers may preorder certain items before those items are available in stock. Preorders should be completed just like any other order, but they will not be delivered until the date specified on the item page.

Your items will be delivered on the date indicated.
To place an order at Pretapousser.co.uk, the customer must create an account either before or during the order process (by clicking "Create an account." Certain necessary information is required for order processing, therefore the customer must enter valid information. In the event of false or erroneous customer information, Pret à Pousser may not be held responsible for items that cannot be delivered. The customer may modify his personal information or view all available invoices at any time in his customer account.
Be sure to enter the correct address to avoid delivery delays.

You can change your address in your account whenever you like.
Order validationTo fill his order basket, the customer should select the desired quantities of each item, then validate by clicking "Add to basket." In the order basket, the customer may modify the quantities or return to the website. By clicking "Proceed to checkout," the customer may validate his delivery/billing address and delivery options. To pay and confirm the order, thecustomer must click "Place order." A summary will display the number of items, the delivery options, and the total cost. After payment, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order details. Prêt à Pousser will inform the customer via email of any potential stock rupture that could affect the order. Prêt à Pousser reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer who fails to respect the terms and conditions. The information entered by the customer at the time of the order is binding: Prêt à Pousser will not be responsible for any item that cannot be delivered as the result of incorrect customer information. Prêt à Pousser, a website intended for individual purchases, reserves the right to refuse bulk orders.
To place an order, just select the quantity, enter your address, pay online...and it's done!
DeliveryItems will be delivered by the selected carrier to the customer's address or to the specified collection point. In case of absence, parcels may be held by the carrier.
Receive your parcel at home, at work or at a collection point.
Items will be delivered to the address entered by the customer when the order is placed. Prêt à Pousser strives to deliver within 15 working days from the time the order is validated. Delivery times shown are estimates calculated according to the average order processing time.
You should receive your items after a maximum of 5 working days--an estimated delivery date will be shown when you place your order.
In case of delivery delay, we invite the customer to verify his order status online with the provided tracking number before contacting Prêt à Pousser. If the delay extends beyond one week from the estimate provided, the customer should contact Prêt à Pousser, who will then open an investigation with the carrier (estimates may vary by 1-3 weeks). If the item is located during the investigation, the parcel will be immediately delivered to the address entered by the customer at the time the order was placed. However, if the item is not located during the investigation, the carrier will deem the parcel lost, and Prêt à Pousser will send a replacement item (at the cost of Prêt à Pousser). If the delivery estimate is exceeded by 7 working days, except in the case of force majeure (transportation strike, natural disaster, etc.), the customer may cancel the order and request a refund. In such circumstances, the customer should send a registered letter to Prêt à Pousser within 60 working days from the estimated delivery date. In the event of force majeure (as determined by the French jurisprudence), Prêt à Pousser will not be held responsible for the delivery.

Cancellation and returns
Conforming with the French law L121-20-2 from the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 7 working days to cancel an order without penalty, excepting delivery and return costs. This period begins at the moment the item is received. If the 7 day period expires on Saturday, Sunday, or a bank holiday, it will be extended to the following working day. In case of cancellation, the customer should contact Prêt à Pousser to make a return request. The customer must return the item intact in the original packaging with all accessories/instructions and the return label, customer information, and order number to the following address:

In the event of a return, Prêt à Pousser will reimburse the cost of the item as well as the delivery costs within 30 days from the time the return request is issued. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used to place the order.
If you don't receive your parcel 7 days after the estimated delivery date, you may cancel your order and make a return for a full refund.

Prêt à Pousser items are produced and packaged with care. If, however, the item does not function correctly, the customer is invited to contact Prêt à Pousser for guidance.
Prêt à Pousser assumes responsibility for defects in compliance with French law (articles 1641 to 1649 in the Civil Code and articles L211-4 in the Consumer Code). If Prêt à Pousser deems an item defective, Prêt à Pousser will offer a standard item exchange at no cost to the customer. In the event of a faulty item, please contact Prêt à Pousser. This guarantee is restricted to items recognised as defective by Prêt à Pousser and applies only to items that were used as intended according to the item description.

All prices on Pretapousser.co.uk are indicated in GBP (£) with all taxes included. The price shown on the item page excludes delivery charges, which are shown in the basket summary before checkout.
The price shown on the item page doesn't include delivery. You can review your order total in your basket before confirming.
The cost billed to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation e-mail sent by Prêt à Pousser. The total amount is due upon order validation. Credit card and Paypal will be accepted as payment methods. The order will not be validated until the payment has been received successfully. In the event of refused payment, the order will be cancelled automatically and the customer will be informed via email.

AccountabilityPrêt à Pousser will not be responsible for any indirect damages that may result from a purchase. Go Grow Mushrooms should not be consumed raw. Prêt à Pousser denies all responsibility related to item consumption.

DisputesThese terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of disagreement relating to the present contract, the customer may contact Prêt à Pousser to reach an amicable solution before taking further action. The negotiation of an amicable solution will not interupt the deadlines for legal guarantees. If no amicable agreement may be reached, all dispute settlements will be referred to the Pontoise commerce courts.
Prêt à Pousser is a French company registered in Pontoise (RCS 791 893 662), with a capital of €50,000. Headquarters are located at the Parc Technologique de Montmagny, 26 rue des Sablons, 95360 Montmagny, France.
Contractual information is available in French. All elements of the Pretapousser.co.uk website (photographs, illustrations, logos, icons, etc.) are the exclusive property of Prêt à Pousser. These elements are protected by French and international law respecting authorship rights. Any reproduction (including partial reproduction) created without written permission from Prêt à Pousser is illegal and unauthorised. Failure to respect this restriction is counterfeit and will result in the appropriate legal penalties. Any use of the elements from Pretapousser.co.uk other than personal consulting (including public, commercial, or humour purposes) will be subject to legal proceedings.
